John Bailey

John Bailey is the Chairman and CEO of BSR. He transitioned to real estate in 1991 after working at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He began purchasing commercial and multifamily properties, including Union Station in Little Rock. Bailey also serves on the boards of The Salvation Army, Centennial Bank (Little Rock), and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, earned his CCIM designation, and is a licensed real estate broker. He chairs Envolve's Compensation Committee.
